Certification: Explosive Detection K-9 Team Test

This test is designed to show the K-9 teams reliability and proficiency in detecting and indicating the presence of explosives.<br>All teams will be tested on the following odors:<br>1. Black or Smokeless gunpowder.<br>2. Dynamite (Both Military and Commercial Varieties)<br>3. TNT<br>4. Primer Cord<br>5. Water -Gel type explosives<br>6. C-4 or Flex-X

The certification corresponds to a specialty within a recognized occupation. For example, Oncology Nurse and Pediatric Nurse are specialties within the nursing field, so Certified Oncology Nurse and Certified Pediatric Nurse would be classified as specialty certifications.
