Certification: Associate of International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium ((ISC)2)

Associate of International Information Systems Security status is available to those who have gained competence in key areas of industry knowledge and information security concepts and can pass either the CISSP® or SSCP® examinations, but lack the years of practical work experience required for full accreditation. Associates of International Information Systems Security must also subscribe to the International Information Systems Security Code of Ethics and maintain their status in good standing with International Information Systems Security.

  2. The certification has an education level of an Associates of Arts or Associates of Sciences degree or higher, but has a work experience requirement of less than 2 years of work experience.
  3. The certification has a work experience requirement of more than 2 years but does not require a two-year Associates of Arts or Associates of Sciences degree.
