The Resilient Flooring Inspector (RFI) certification assesses your knowledge and understanding of resilient flooring maintenance. By achieving this certification, you demonstrated you have the technical expertise to identify classifications within the resilient flooring category and know the basic raw materials used in the manufacturing process of each of these classifications. Classification identification includes common and individual characteristics and properties of the individual classifications. You also demonstrate your knowledge of the life cycle of the classifications of flooring in the resilient category to include the manufacture, installation, maintenance, and demolition of the products.
