Certification: Pipeline Field and Control Center Operations

The Pipeline Field and Control Center Operations curriculum provides basic, intermediate, and advanced training to safely operate gas and liquid pipelines, as well as manage operations in the control center. Level 1 includes key content such as quality control and measurement, product batch and pig tracking, and SCADA communications. Level 2 includes covered task training for operational qualifications.
Completion of this career pathway, including Core, Introduction to the Pipeline Industry, Field and Control Center Operations Level 1, and Pipeline Operations (Control Center/Gas/Liquid) Level 2, leads to an NCCER Pipeline Operations Technician credential.
