Certification: Test and Balance Engineer (AABC)

TBEs oversee technical operations of the company; review and certify test and balance reports; and provide supervision and training of technicians. The requirements for certification include: a minimum of 10 years test and balance experience, or graduation from a four (4) year engineering school; three (3) years experience as a test and balance technician; and a passing score on the Test and Balance Engineer's examination.
