Certification: Intelligence Planner Certification Program (IP-CP)
The purpose of the IP-CP is to develop, define, and measure broad-based core competencies for Joint Intelligence Planner (JIP) professionals across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). It assesses candidates on their knowledge and proficiency of IP concepts, principles, practices, and responsibilities.
